    So personally our crew uses the milwaukee battery framing guns. They are very nice but when it comes to treated boards they don't always shoot through and as well as they get really heavy after lifting the gun all day expecially nailing over your head. But besides that it's an excellent tool and would recommend expecially when doing trusses or rat runs.

    "your charge time is faster than your run time" yeah, that's lovely and all, but if you've ever hit the thermal limits of batteries you know how much it sucks. Run your battery dry only to find the other one had to wait 20 min to cool down to charge

      "but if you've ever hit the thermal limits of batteries you know how much it sucks. Run your battery dry only to find the other one had to wait 20 min to cool down to charge". agreed- those thermal limits slow things down considerbly

      @@Dirtmonkey so it sounds like one might be better off having three batteries instead of two? Can they be placed in a cooler to cool them down faster?

    • @Dirtmonkey
      @Dirtmonkey  2 года назад +3

      I bet you could put them in a cooler for a faster recharge time- but you shouldn't have to- they need to make them better if that becomes the case in my opinion.

    • @seldoon_nemar
      @seldoon_nemar 2 года назад +2

      @@Dirtmonkey the biggest problem with the cooler idea is that it also traps all that extra heat so you need ice too. you might as well just have the smallest a/c ever to plug in and blow on the batteries while they charge if it's over 95* and you're putting in some real work
      The real big brain move is to get one of those new electric trucks where you can keep the a/c on and it still has 120v outlets. then you just jam your batteries in front of an outlet. 😂

    • @fjbforever6747
      @fjbforever6747 2 года назад

      He said run time is 1 1/2 to 2 hours charge time is 45 minutes so it could cool off for 45 minutes if that is needed.

    Love the tool show video especially😁👍 Man Stanley I really like that Milwaukee framing gun with the extended clip I literally 2 days ago bought my first cordless framing gun ever in the 26+ years iv been in the trades its a Metabo 36v has the same fire rate 3 nails per sec has great reviews and works great so far. Lol now you got me itching for that Milwaukee. The technology they have in these tool now is pretty frigging amazing iv know about Paslode forever just never bought one because it wasn't cost efficient or practical for me at least no boss is going to pay you more because you have a Paslode or buy your gas cartridges and nails and the fact that Paslodes are very temperamental too and you have to buy special sprays to clean them ever day you use it so I never got one just stuck to the air guns about 5 year's ago I saw a Paslode on sale and I was all set to buy it and the sales guy brought to my attention that they are starting to make cordless nail guns without gas so I listen and held off and im soooo glad I did im so impressed by this cordless nailer very practical with just a battery to charge 900 shots on a 36v 2.5ah battery no maintenance really ITS A NO BRAINER put a battery in load your nails and bam your off to the races end of the day take the battery out blow off the gun put it in the bag charger the battery for tomorrow so simple
    Anyway THANKS FOR SHARING my friend see you on the next video 😁✌
    PS iv never seen well heard a RUclipsr on the advertising ad before they're video VERY COOL im waiting to skip the ad before this video and I'm like wait a second that's Stanley talking about the Mason blades lol I actually for once watched the whole ad before I watched your video 😁👍✌

Thanks Stan for another informative look at a specialty field of great tools . The convenience of this stuff is great but i worry about the total waste of materials to make these things long term. We waste enough stuff & throw away as a species now let alone go this direction across the board. Not sure its at all a good thing Helps with emissions but what a pile of garbage is left when its no longer holding a charge & useful anymore.

I.ve also had a couple drills/impacts that were replaced no questions asked. I work on all pneumatic equipment and im sure Milwaukee has gotten better with this stuff prolly %100 better but it is still extremely difficult to find a repair person for them. Pneumatic in my opinion is a better tool (life wise) and easier to service and much much more available to bring and get it repaired.

    This is third parties using the banks name but processing a bail bond instead of assistance directly it is done on asset. Which is not liked or allowed under banking but there is good banking coming for all outlets soon to support all areas

    you do need special nails it’s bullshit. It doesn’t shoot the thick nails that almost all of our framing nailers shoot. And i’ve tried every way to get it to shoot 3 nails per second. It will never compete with a pneumatic nailer.
