Aah, those joyous jumps in the grass! The joy of having a playmate! The bliss of being able to move one's muscles in a run towards a dear one! To enjoy the invigorating sunlight! i am so reminded of our German Shepherd, whom i like to take out on a neighboring grassland (which my husband and i have named "the prairie". There he runs and jumps exactly like his Japanese cousins, and it is sheer bliss for me to just watch his joy of being free. Thank you for sharing those lovely moments of wild encounter, Andrea!
