My favourite of course is this group and Little Anthony if you can still sing it in the same original key then the song is truly yours again this is a very much covered 60s song Cilla Black and Petula Clark giving it their magic, a truly timeless song.

These guys... their music helped to save me. Life was better growing up because there were their melodies... on the radio...the record player- just a bright spot.
The first oldies revival concerts were in the early 70s, and even then a lot of groups couldn't cut it anymore. But for five decades AFTER that, Anthony and the Imperials defied time... not only staying in good voice, but committing emotionally to the songs. They never mailed it in.

In 1958 I was 16 & watched Little Anthony do a concert in Columbia Township Auditorium..he came on stage doing cartwheels & sang "When you wish upon a star " he's a master showman

I forgot about this song until I ran across it on RUclips and he was singing it months ago and it sound just as good as it did on the record years ago. He can still sing very well.

Another great performance he has the looks the talent and the Charisma of a great singer what she is and I seen him in person and it was really something back in the early eighties at Glen Helen National Park and California hot day I was burning it must have been in the '90s that day maybe a hundred I don't care I was sending it sitting on the ground I think my daughter and I had a towel or blanket I don't know. 🤩🤩
