Great review. Great vehicle if not for the "4km per litre" OUCH! If only it was equipped with a "flex fuel" type engine with an extended tank that FORD provides for their trucks it might provide some relief at the pumps. Nevertheless, great review always from Kuya Daniel.
As usual folks only look at the short term impact of fuel consumption. Diesel engines are more expensive to maintain and has more expensive part, not to mention that it’s less environmentally friendly. Towards the end of their useful lives, the difference between a gas and diesel engined vehicle when it comes to overall cost of running (factoring in fuel consumptions and general maintenance) is negligible.
In the US, the number of gas engined large vehicles (SUV, trucks, etc.) is higher than the number of diesel engined counterparts. That’s because it’s harder for diesel engines to pass emissions standards, making them more expensive to make and therefore has higher price tags than gas counterparts. Yes gas engines consume more fuel and gas fuel is more expensive, but they are less costly to maintain than diesels in general. So over the course of their useful lives, the difference in running costs (factoring in fuel consumption and overall maintenance) between gas engined and diesel engined vehicles is minimal. But in countries like the Philippines, all they can talk about is the immediate difference in fuel consumption between gas and diesel engines. Because that’s the easiest way to analyze.
The only thing missing is powered tail gate and a least 5 inch leg room more on the 3rd. row, with speed sensing door locks too! They should also bring in the V8 6.2 liter variant and more connections for charging cellphone on the 3rd. row. Thank you!

Swabe boses haha On topic, great alternative sa LC (which damn hard to get your hands into nowadays) fuel economy may be whack but i don't think people who are in this bracket has any problem with that. A larger front screen would be great though.
