I'd make the stair case alot more wider, so in the future, other larger pieces of furniture could be brought upstairs, such as a comfy chair, chaise lounge, or a sofa. And then what about that amazing upper patio/deck? Outdoor living spaces could use some strong sturdy furniture. How Ya gonna get it up there, huh?! Larger wider stair case I'm telling Ya.

This is the most beautiful house I have ever seen. If i were a billionaire I would want this house. Just can not believe how beautiful this house is. It is perfect for a single person with pets.
Love this design. Would add a dishwasher and make the pergola larger on the top level, but those are minor and personal preferences. Fantastic share! ❤️
DW, yes; maybe make the counter L-shaped on the right side. The pergola is just for looks…not shade; unless there’s something to cover the roof of it. I’d make the deck smaller and make a larger closet in master bedroom. Definitely.
Equip this bad boy with enough solar panels to cover 95% of its energy usage and you got yourself another ideal Solarpunk tiny home. Ngl, I kinda really dig this design.
This is more about staying for a weekend or maybe a week at the most this is not something you live in cuz there are no closets very little and a lot of wasted space and in that room with all the windows I put a baby grand piano with plenty of room in that kitchen for a small table and chairs and an island of some sort or maybe a peninsula and I don't know why you need the second bedroom necessarily I mean it's a beautiful beautiful many Mansion for sure I mean who couldn't enjoy staying there but it's not some place you could live as is designed if you were working person I mean you have to have little closets I'd use that lower bedroom for a walk in closet maybe a really nice walking closet but I would have no problem living there if someone said here you go but I would never buy one this beautiful unless it was a second or third or fourth house or Airbnb

We need this type of home in Lebanon, Oregon United States It would be nice to see 200 built in this city to give people that want a tiny home, not ever person want a big home.
My thought too. I’d put a semicircular couch on front of the kitchen facing the windows, and put a fireplace in the corner. Then table and chairs on the other side. Since we use them so much less, I’d hate to waste the view! It’s stunning!
Absolutely love it. but I would definitely put a small wet room on the top level there's definitely room for it . There's no dimensions but I should imagine you could easily fit a small wet room 5ft by 5 ft or less some of these in the motorhomes are very small so you could definitely fit one. Or maybe just a toilet and sink and a Jacuzzi on the roof. Have a blessed day
I totally agree. Take some space from the upper terrace and put in an ensuite. In the lower bathroom, install stackable washer and dryer units and eliminate the all-in-one washer-dryer.

I thought someone else this is a place you come for a weekend or maybe stay a week this is not one you would live in as is someone gave this to me I'd change that second bedroom to humongous walking closet and I would I don't like the washing machine how little it is in the bathroom just because they you know have it cased in doesn't make it attractive it's a beautiful home don't misunderstand me it's beautiful but a lot would have to be done to it in my opinion for me to live there but I'll take it to somebody's giving it away for sure I've looked at a lot of tiny homes this is larger than most I'm wondering how many square feet it didn't say and then in the dining room I put a baby grand piano instead of a table but I think it's I'm just wondering why they have it this way unless it's like an Airbnb everybody rents it for a weekend
A hot tub may be too heavy. 🥴. I’d take a couple of feet away from the upper deck and add it to the bedroom for a large closet…for clothing and storage of other household items.
I have watched a few of your videos. I would need more storage. More closet space in the bedrooms. Bathrooms close to bedrooms. Bigger windows in the living room, Smaller windows in the kitchen, Laundry room by the bedrooms. Also some place to put recycling in the kitchen.
Again, another cute virtual house. But I think in the real world, reduce the size of the deck and add at least a half a bath and a larger closet, would make it more practical design.
@@MinhTaiDesign I'm happy that you take my observations in the spirit that they are intended. I have had limited experience in making a few virtual houses in Second Life, not great looking houses, btw. Yours are much nicer looking than mine are, however I'm very aware that the houses that I make would not transition well into real life. Things that are very necessary in real life houses, like, AC, furnace, water heater, storage spaces etc. don't seem to be represented in virtual houses.
These are conceptual ideas. I modeled with Sketchup, Rendered images and videos with Lumion. They look basic and simple compared to reality. Thanks for your comments. Thank you so much!
Wow, exterior design is lovely and unique. A spiral staircase would make it more interesting and an additional toilet upstairs would be perfect. Thanks for this artistic design. 👍🙂💕
This is very creative but I see two issues: 1. no railing on the lower part of the staircase (but even I can think of a few non-disruptive ideas) 2. no facilities upstairs (I couldn't handle trying to race down a staircase -- or a ladder from a tony house loft -- in the middle of the night)
I have looked at 100s of smaller houses as we are wanting to to build 4-5 houses on a designated area looking directly into a waterfall and basin.. This house with the glass the private room upstairs is amazing.
The bathroom for the upper floor would be great. Unfortunately I don't have the resources to sell you, you can refer to the ideas in the video for optimal plans
This is the one!!! My only question is…how well does that flat upper outdoor area drain. There has to be some degree of slope there and I saw no drains.
I really like this one but if it was my place I'd like the lounge where the kitchen is and kitchen where the lounge was. I'd like to sit and look out that big lovely window rather than at a TV screen.

Happy with your comment. It's an effect in the software, I use Lumion to render the video, there are some feedback they don't like that kind of sketch effect so I don't use that effect anymore in later videos. Thank you so much, Have a good time
Very spacious kitchen/dining area but scant space for food prep. I'd trade some of that wasted floor space for a kitchen island to make food prep easier. I'd also trade that top deck for an upstairs ensuite and that tiny side deck for more room in the downstairs laundry/bathroom for a dryer and a water heater. In small homes, space is not a luxury it is a commodity that simply cannot be wasted. Wasted space in small home design will have long term occupants cursing the person who designed it. Apart from all that, it's a lovely design.
