I think the guy misunderstood King'ori's question at some point. King'ori asked how one is able to tell that if I shoot somebody (a friendly shot) at a certain part of the body the bullet won't do extreme damage to tissues,bone or critical blood vessels and that the victim won't succumb....For instance you are on duty guarding a vulnerable property and armed robbers invade in ambush and make away with valuables before you can use your guns to engage them,so in order to account to your boss about the loss you have to provide evidence that at least there was battle but you lost and that's when shooting your partner for formality comes in just to justify yourselves. I hope somebody understood my point 👀👀🙌🙌

You shoot your partner with a registered gun,they do the ballistic studies,its gets back to you.
