The current requirement on firearms ownership is very stringent and beyond attainability of 95% of Kenyans.
If these rules were there back then when Sammy applied for a firearm after high school,he could not even be taken seriously.
All in all Kenya has the one of the best firearm licensing laws in the world today.
Gone are the days when wannabes could acquire firearms just for show-off.
Today's licensed firearmholders are those that are proven beyond doubt that they need it.
This is true, Kenya has best law on gun licensing in the world,

There is a difference between civilian shooters and discipline forces shooters, a civilian cant teach descipline forces how to be a shooter NOOOO, forces are taught by forces instructerd either from local ones or from other special forces instructors from abroad. So please distinguish that tafadhali KDF special forces are not taught by Kenyan civilian shooters No!
