Travel Expert Urges Britons To Check Their Passports After Huge Delays Threaten Holidays | GMB

Summer holidays are facing another threat with huge delays in processing for millions of passports. Ministers are now urging people to get their applications in 'as soon as possible' after it was revealed that five million Britons delayed renewing their passports because of coronavirus restrictions. Post-Brexit travel rules from the EU have complicated matters further as they require travelling Britons to have at least three months validity remaining when travelling to EU member nations.
