Lots of people say they prefer Spotify simply because they were out first. Apple music overall has come a long way since 2015.
Don’t ever cancel your Apple Music sub cause you’ll lose your playlists.
As far as I know Apple Music is also the only music subscription service that allows you to add your own MP3 files and it saves them straight to the cloud, That’s probably my favorite feature on Apple Music because I can add stuff that’s not available on Apple Music.

I like apple music library management too. It's like a good old mp3 player app. apple music is only music streaming service that has mp3's tag feature. (google play music had it too but sadly google replaced it with ytm)

@@lovique 10 months later, it still sucks. I'm kinda disappointed because i prefer Apple Music over Spotify for almost everything but the interface is meh, lyrics can't be resized and the app doesn't run in the background

Picking up on your Planets example I would need the composer’s name to be Holst, not Gustav Holst in my music library. I had a bad experience with Apple Music some years ago. Has it since stopped messing with the tagging? Until I’m sure I won’t go near it.
I’ve had an Apple Music subscription for a couple years now and I’ve never had that particular issue. Sometimes, two versions of the same album show up in my library; other times, lyrics only show up when I’m playing music from search and not from my library. But I’ve never had issues with incorrect tagging nor replacing explicit music with censored music as others reported years ago.
My biggest issue w/ Spotify and I've now had it since the beginning is this "made for you" garbage. If I click on an artist or song to play their radio, I don't want a bunch of the music I've already heard included in that radio station. It's so echo chamber. I hate it. Considering jumping to Apple or Tidal.
But I still haven't a clue how to get Apple music play lossless Music over my HiFi. Even if I invest in an Apple TV box, it would still be downsampled.

yeah most of people can't tell the difference... there are few genius that can notice the difference but it's not that big

Don’t ever cancel your subscription to Apple Music. You will lose your playlists. And that pisses me off. I got a major ear worm because of it.
You won’t lose them , once you re subscribe they will pop up. I thought that too but they just take down all your access when you unsubscribe

My subscription cancelled and I renewed it without losing my playlists, as soon as I renewed it, I got everything back as if I’d never cancelled in the first place
I disagree with number 3, you can do this on spotify on you're iPhone with the files app. no computer needed.

How does the queue system work?? Spotifys system is 100% better than Apples
Swipe right on a song and you’ll see two options: play next (top of the queue) or play later (bottom of the queue). You can also tap on the ⋯ button next to an album to add an entire album to the top/bottom of the queue.

Why do you even care about wrapped?
I think the numbers and statistics are fun! I like seeing where on my top three artists Driftless Pony Club will be every year. But it annoys me that mine will never be truly accurate, because it doesn't count imported songs/artists in my library that aren't matched to Apple Music. Also, the fact that you have to tap a button in the app that switches to Safari, and you have to sign in on some crummy web app is insane and stupid this many years in.

Caaaaan apple music be used for free? No? Oh well there we have it. Spotify being better as it doesn’t require you to purchase a subscription. The premium version is cheap, and has lots of useful features, but at the end of the day, if you’re not doing great with money for any reason, you can still listen to music…
Oh yeah, and lyrics, do work perfectly fine in spotify.
Try coming up eith better reasons or just cone out and say it, you’re an apple fanboy and you like apple stuff.
Atleast Apple makes you pay straight up instead of giving a free version that’s an absolute nightmare that lacks basic features until you pay for it( you can’t even skip songs or unshuffle your playlist) and be so for real, Apple Music barely costs more than Spotify, I cancelled my Spotify premium and switched to Apple Music and the difference in price was the same as a tiny packet of crisps/chips💀 And while yes the lyrics work perfectly fine on Spotify, they’re just better on Apple Music.
