Would you do a lash lift at home?

Just did it last week, love the outcome but found that I have to brush lashes out here and there. Sometimes curl is awkward.
I have used this kit successfully. I have also gone to salon. Kit - $5-8 dollars per lift… salon $65 🇨🇦. I think the lash tech can get a bit of a deeper lift on shorter lashes though by working the lashes on to form better from their angle above you.
Nothing is going to beat someone else doing the lift on you because they can see things you might miss. Hover, budget wise and result wise... This is soooo worth it. I bet your lashes look amazing! xo
The directions say to put glue on the silicone pad especially in the corner.

Hope your results came out amazing. Those silicone pads are still my biggest struggle, even after finding out you had to use the glue on them. The results are still so worth it tho. ;)
Sadly my lashes are the same, they simply won't hold a curl, so I'm looking to do this myself xXx

I just ordered mine a few days ago and my order should be coming in today. I feel so much better about ordering this because of your video. I watched a few other peoples reviews and they didn’t seem to do the instructions correctly and thoroughly like you did. Your lashes came out really nice. I’m praying I get the same results. I don’t go to salons and putting lashes on was too much of a challenge for me. So hopefully this will work.

I followed your tutorial! Thank you! The most difficult part was getting the rod to stick to the lid. I did a better job on my left (1st) than my right (2nd)-the rod kept lifting, so one eye lashes are more curled than the other. I guess for my first successful attempt, I’m satisfied. I just need to order more glue though because of many failed attempts 😂.

Thanks girl. Yes the results are so worth it. This was my first time trying it, so I took my time with it. It gets much quicker after you get used to it.
Did the lash solutions burn at all when it was applied to your lashes? I got my kit today in the mail and I am super nervous that it will burn or itch, just from my last experience getting it professionally done.

The curl lasts about 6 weeks. My lashes are super straight so I thought they'd go right back in a few days or when they got wet. I was wrong, it was so nice waking up with lifted lashes. The look is addictive and since filming this video I have repeated the lift several times. Glad you found the video useful. xo

I just got this today. I was planning on doing it this evening and I realized I'm out of cling wrap and the stores are closed😢. I have tried several different lash lift kits and had little success. I could never get the lashes to stick to the pad. I'm hoping I have better luck with this. My lashes will not curl at all. I finally was able to put on the Ardell seamless under wispies tonight. But let me tell you. These girls in the videos make it look so easy. It took me forever. Not a process I want to go thru when I go out. I will say I got so many compliments.
Girl!!!!! Don't let the video fool you. Editing this was horrrrriblllle. The video looks like it was easy because of the editing. This was my first try tho. It's easier now that I've done the process several times. My best advice would be to set aside enough time to do it. On a day off is ideal and so worth it. xo

The instruction manual didn't mention lower lash lifts. The same tools are used for lower lash lifts, but safety should always come first. So, before attempting this, make sure to do your research. I haven't tried a lower lift myself, because my lower lashes are too short -- pretty much non-existing LOL. Thanks so much for watching gorge xo
Is this supposed to be done on an open eye?
Ideally the eye should be closed and a friend applies it for you. Hiweverm when doing it on yourself that can get a little tricky, because now you only have one eye left to see out of. xo

Why does it say not to apply solution to the tips of the eyelashes?
Because the lift curl really occurs at the root of your lashes. If you apply it to the tips, the tips might end up curling even more. xo
Tried but didn't work for me. My eyelashes are probably too short 😂

When would you apply the tint?
I asked luxe and they said for first time users … wait a day or two to do the tint. That’s what I’m going to do … just did my lift today

You will love the results. Take your time doing the treatment for the first time. The results are sooooo worth it.
How did you get the plastic strap to stick
Luxe actually say in the instructions, to use a bit of glue on the tips of the eye pad to hold it down.
Just did mine today and 2as pleasantly surprised it works … now all I have to do is tint mine in a few days xx
I did mine this weekend and if you didn't do the tint yet, please be super careful! It burns so much and I found it impossible to not get it on your skin. I couldn't keep it on for five minutes let alone the 15+ it tells you to do. A day later, my kids are definitely a little swollen and burned from it. It's a shame because the lift itself works well and is more beginner friendly.

But doesnt using a lash curler, mascara and some good ol hairspray do the same thing? I usually use some hairspray on a spoolie after using a lash curler and brush my lashes with it. It stays up the whole day with no problem.
Did she mention hairspray? If she didn't how would she know if hairspray works? Also, everyone can't use HAIR spray on the EYE area.
Lift lasts 8 weeks. No effort. Wear mascara or not. You could still use your method for extra wow.
Not a fan of hairspray. I like my lashes soft and supple. Don't even use it in my hair, but if it works for you that's awesome!!! Love hearing these hacks from everyone. xo
