I just heard this song for the first time, it brought tears to my eyes. I pray that those who come behind me find me faithful. A good friend of mine passed away recently, this song reminds me of her. Whenever we spoke, we would always dwell on a piece of scripture or the goodness of God. It was always refreshing. She did School Evangelism, Mission trips. Wherever she went, she always encouraged those around to give their lives to Jesus. She certainly was an inspiration to me. May her soul rest in eternal peace.

My dad passed on to Heaven Thursday. He used to sing this song as we got ready for church on Sundays for a spell. Green, Gaithers, Goodmans; you name it we heard it. A lot! We love this old stuff. I'm going to play this and many others at his viewing tomorrow. Bringing back bittersweet memories. The words in this song are his legacy. Worshiping at the Masters feet as I type this. Praise Jesus!
This song came out when I was a teenager and it had a powerful effect on me then and continues to be something I strive for, with God's help. May all who come behind me find that I've always remained faithful. Even after all my hopes and dreams have come and gone and my life has slipped away, I want to be known to have encouraged the weary, and cheered on the faithful and helped those with messy lives and struggles to remain true to Christ and His calling for their lives. I think that in this community of listeners, we all have that same desire and this song continues to be an inspiration to keep on being faithful!

This song reminds me of my mum. Each time I think about her I remember her passion for christ. My mum lived for Jesus to the very end. God help me to live for you everyday of my life: that's my greatest desire.

This is a test ....this is only a test. I played the emergency broadcast system and let people listen to it for a minute.
Then talked about my government teacher who tests was different in every other row and I looked over and started cheating I got half of the answers wrong because I was taking the wrong test. We do that in life we want to take someone else's test not our own. Health problems, money problems, family problems, marriage problems . If I only had that other person's problems I'd be okay. we all are taking different tests with the same final answer.and here it is..... are you going to trust God and be faithful for the test that you're going through? Then I played this song.
