It upsets me too but I've learned to accept like with all great singers, age deteriorates the voice and you lose your touch especially live. James has unfortunately not been able to sing the high part of learning to live, live so not doing the laugh makes sense. What do most bands do when age catches up to the lead singer? Don't get me wrong James still produces great stuff, just live needs back tracks.
Bloody brilliant, only beef is that the amount of effort James puts into his voice leads to him pushing himself out of tune quite a bit, but hell, I can't do it.
You need to Listen carefully bro. Yeah ok the concept story may be a little goofy and Disney-esque. But who cares? The musicianship is high class, and LaBrie has reached a new Level. I Love this Album. Give it more Time and you will love it too
