Hanni thought she gave the greatest performance of her life during the audit but she and the politicians only used each other for public (bunnies/HYBE haters) approval. She claimed she was greatly affected by the mistreatment and cried crocodile tears and yet she constantly posed and smiled at the camera and happily exchange greetings with everyone. This comment section really shows how little people really understand business and contracts and the entertainment industry. Emotions and contracts/ businesses don't have anything "personal" between the two. Contracts don't have to take Feelings into consideration. Once you've signed on the dotted line, you better uphold your end or take it to court if you can't negotiate a better deal between both parties. Making emotional comments/complaints and statements about the contract publicly, without any attempts at negotiations, are automatic grounds for a lawsuit. The fact that they made this mess public and didn't even sit down with the company is a breach of contract. Why is that so hard to understand? Bosses can change at any time for any reason. The employee/talents in the company don't get to dictate how the owner of the company run their business. That woman screwed up those kids' heads, to the point that they truly don't understand how much they've ruined their reputation and their future music careers. They most likely don't even understand how much trouble that woman is in currently. It's such a shame.

      Nope. NJ has lots of engagements, activities and endorsements lined up plus the making of their full album said Ador. They’ve been trying to set a meeting with NJ several times but they refused to acknowledge the requests. That’s why NJ had to fly to Japan immediately after their last conference about them terminating their contract to Ador coz they didn’t abandon NJ like what the girls, MHJ and the bunnies are saying. Thay even promoted NJ’s song that’s why it’s No. 35 on the top songs of 2024 announced by the Rolling Stones. Plus they rank 4th or 5th (not sure which) in Japan for 2024 as well. So no, I don’t think Ador would stop supporting NJ since they already invested a great deal in making them Global artists. Their contract ends in 2029, so if NJ stayed in Ador until that time… everything would already been resolved and they would be stupid to not renew their contract by then unless their career is over after this drama.

      I think their pay out penalties are approximately 300 billion won. And Hybe has their artists get their own legal representation to go over and advise them on contracts before signing. But since they signed with Ador and Mhj, the CEO at the time, had already planned her sabotage of Hybe, so she probably didn’t care if the girls understood what they were signing.

  • @Dma118
    @Dma118 27 дней назад +1

    Ok. Let's look at the facts (again).
    1. THIS ALL STARTED when MHJ started asking questions about whether Hybe had copied NJ for Illit. Later revelations showed that Illit's concept/promotion plan was at least partially lifted, almost directly, from Min's concept documents.
    2. When Min kept asking questions, Hybe went ballistic and started digging to find anything they could use, coming up with a lot of bullshit accusation like Embezzlment that the courts tossed out and later in a seperate ruling said she could stay as Ador CEO.
    3. When this didn't work, Hybe fired the two pro-Min board members and replaced them with puppets who did fire Min. Then Hybe disingeniously said they couldn't do anything about it because it was the board that fired Min. Talk about chuzpah.
    4. During the Assembly's hearing with the sacrificial head of Be:lift (sent when Fat Asshole Bang ignored appearing), it was revealed that a "Market Research" report contained derogatory remarks not only about New Jeans, but apparently slanderiing a good number of other groups as well. Although claiming it was just gossip from other sources that was included, Hybe terminated the market report and fired the executive in charge of it. Remember too that only a small portion of the report was made public, so you have to wonder what was in those sequestered pages. We've also learned that there was an internal chat room for Hybe employees and that many of them were slandering NJ in it without any warning or pushback from the company that this was unacceptable, leading to the conclusion Hybe was more than happy to create a toxic environment for the group in the hopes of pressuring them to back off.
    5. Hanni's assertion that she was disrespected was made WITHOUT identifying the group. It was Hybe that outed Illit as the group and dragged them into the fight. Remember that Fat Asshole Bang has consistently failed to congratulate NJ on their many award wins and sales figures, a standard practice for any company and certainly a sign of standing in status-conscious Korea. Recently, we've also learned that NJ's support staff at their current scheduled events had work and personal equipment taken without reason and parked in rooms, cut off from the girls, where the staff were forced to wait for no reason. You also have to note that the current CEO of Ador, an HR specialist for heaven's sake, told Hanni there was no proof of her assertions without making any effort to investigate. Yet, when Hanni went public, suddenly they started investigating. It should also be noted that the hearings brought out the fact that "Contract workers," like Idols, do not share the same anti-harrassment protections that ordinary workers have, and that "Hanni's Law" protecting all workers, regardless of their employment status, will be protected.
    6. Hybe keeps crying they only want the best for NJ and have great plans for them...plans that they've failed to share with the members. Actions speak louder than words, and so far Hybe's words are just that, gauzy protestations of innocence, while their actions can be reasonably inferred to show Hybe has every intention of ignoring NJ as much as possible and possibly even disbanding them once things die down.
    7. I'm really tired of hearing the "No one will want to work with them" line. They're a best-selliing, chart-topping, award-winning group still with a huge fanbase. They've never been accused of not fulfilling their professional obligations. Many Idols have also shown their support for the girls and there are reports that some agencies have already reached out to NJ, with Jennie (now the head of OA and openly looking for talent) showing love and friendship for the girls. Considering the past fights many Idols have had with their agencies, who do you think most creatives are going to side with? The members are a hot property and will have no trouble finding a new home when they leave Hybe, nor will they have problems bringing Min with them. She's a two-decade vet of the business with multiple achievements to her name. She probably knows everyone in the business and they know her. Hybe has also never accused Min of not fulfilling her professional obligations with NJ and indeed made a (bullshit) offer to let her continue as creative director/manager of the group, begging the never-answered question of why she's fit to be the CD but not the CEO?
    8. Regarding NJ's contract. HYBE SIGNED THE CONTRACT WITH THE UNILATERAL TERMINATION CLAUSE. They didn't protest it then because they thought (I'm assuming) that NJ would never have cause or the guts to use it. Now Hybe is suddenly saying a clause in A CONTRACT THEY AGREED TO is invalid.
    In the end, it's going to boil down to whether NJ can show Hybe has deliberately mismanaged them. I believe they have a strong case and will win in the end.
    I stand with MHJ and NJ. Hybe is a dirty company and they will lose...

      @@bluehourtarot Yes, you're right! The whole situation since the beginning of the fight had been completely nuts!!!
      I'm so disappointed in NJ, like so many at the beginning, I loved them... And I can't understand how you begins in "oh, we're realising our dream to be idol in the biggest Kr Music Company, following BTS's (2 members at least were" fans"...) steps, to "we hate them, & we don't wanna work with this company anymore, we just trust only our "CEO" "...
