China really needs to fix their tumbling technique. I know they’re tiny but interrupting their momentum with a jump to roundoff doesn’t really build power for them. They had powerful tumbler before in Cheng Fei, Sui Lu, Wang Yan.
No, they were banned by FIG. In January 2024 they will be re-allowed to compete, but only as individuals and so long as they did not publicly support the Russian invasion of Ukraine.
