Duff starts the riff Slash chunks the opening rythem everyone joins in at once, Then Axl slithers out and the whole crowd looses their shit. Good stuff.
Pat is just always happy when he’s onstage no matter what. Then again it’s kind of hard not to be when you’re on the same stage as Dave Grohl every night

With all of the royalties from appetite and use your illusion he was already doing pretty well for himself. I'm sure that it's down to a new found perspective on life and finally burying the hatchet with slash though. Pretty sure we have duff to thank for that.

Kurt continually rejected their help, then runs to MTV and does like 14 interviews slamming Axl. It's all he talked about for awhile, all the way down using Bill Bailey to check into hotels. Axl talked to MTV about Kurt, twice, and ranted once on tour and dropped it. Even after Kurt died, despite the issues, Axl reached out to Courtney to see if she needed anything. KURT was the dick in all of that... Not Axl.

Awesome, I can't stop thinking how popular guns 'n' roses was in the 80's and then Grohl came from the grunge era of Nirvana while grunge dominated the hair band and metal seen in the mid 90's, now, they are jamming together, ALL ROCK LEGENDS UP THERE!!So cool!
Well they're bullshit seen from the present point, but 26 years ago it was necessary for a band like Nirvana to act as the enemy of establishement rock to bring something new and fresh to rock music. Nowadays rock and almost all good music is dead anyway.

I went at the concert for FF and after a couple of hours I see GNR playing in front of me :) A wonderful surprise (it was my first time for both the bands)

This is awesome I remember being 11/12 years old and being so bummed out reading in magazines about the nirvana and gnr feud, because I loved both bands it was like my parents fighting but when kurt died I heard how upset Axel was and he really admired him all in all, and he reached out to Chris and Dave it was a quantum of solace from a sad situation

I mean... the fact that Slash and Axl are up on stage together in itself is crazy.... the fact that Dave Grohl is up there rocking out with them is just plain cool. RATM and RHCP are two other bands who are back in their old form and its great to see.
This needs to be said: Kurt's dead and Courtney is completely out of the picture. Axl and GnR as a whole tried to be nothing but gold to them back in the early 90s, but those two were complete dicks to them. Still love Nirvana but as people both Kurt and Courtney were massive twats in a lot of ways where they tried to come off as the better people.
