Any time you see Axl performing someone elses songs, like this one, or we will rock you at the freddie tribute concert, he always moves aside and lets the band take center stage when hes not singing. That to me, is the utmost sign of respect.

Axl saved that tour with a surprising degree of professionalism. He stepped in when Johnson was sidelined by his doctors, and if the remaining tour had been canceled, there would've been lawsuits galore. Notice how Axl lets Angus have most of the downstage spotlight. He knows it's not his show. Good on him!

When he was at his prime, nobody could do what he did on stage, no other frontman had his vocal range. He is a living legend, and Im grateful to witness he still doing what he loves to do. One of the best frontman ever! Thank you Axl. PS: for you remember, search You could be mine Tokyo 1992 and remember what he could do.

Guys please stop commenting about Axl's voice, understand that he was young back then and now hes gotten older and he had a crap ton of concerts so he had to strain his voice a lot back then. You'd appreciate this more if you truly loved the band and axl himself, even though its not as good his singing before the overall vibe is still beautiful

Even Brian Johnson himself was kind of rough in the beginning. He got better and better over time and added hundreds od colors to his diction which became very clear indeed. His later versions of hells bells are so much more sophisticated than the 1980 one. I'd say Axel rose is doing all right there.

I specifically love this performance, because when Axl first started performing with them, he was trying to be so respectful of the rest of the band that he stood way back behind them. They didn't mind if he walked up and got close to Angus or the other guys and danced near them or walked around the stage. And they didn't mind if he danced or anything. But I think he was just trying so hard not to upstage the rest of them. Then, he loosened up and got closer and danced and had more fun with it - and they loved it! They loved him getting into it! Man, I wish I'd been there.
