Could you please do an episode about grape seed oil? I’ve read very contradictory information about it. For example that the wine makers didn’t know what to do with so much grape seed that someone came up with the idea of “making oil” (and to say that it was healthy) to have profits instead of paying yo get rid of all those seeds. And that in the process of making the grape seed oil, they use poisonous chemicals and those chemicals remain in the final product as they don’t complete “wash out”. And on top of that, these process is very expensive so we end up paying an expensive price for something that is not only not natural but harmful with all those chemicals. What do you think? 🤔

I pretty much never comment on videos and I used to be so overwhelmed watching these but after months of learning and now carefully selecting food from the grocery store, I have SIGNIFICANTLY reduced my IBS/stomach problems. You prob won’t see the but thank you so much for putting this info out there!
They're not just inflammatory, they're also the main reason for heart attacks/cardiac arrest. Clarified butter/ghee is also another one which explains why heart attacks are the biggest killer in India even though a majority of their diet is vegetarian. I can't remember everything as I looked into years ago but it's called oxodized cholesterol and this is what is clogging up/causing build up in your arteries which causes many things, not just heart attacks. This is why doctors and guys like this tell you to reduce the amount of fried/processed food you eat. That being said I still occasionally eat something deep fried and still use vegetable oils because the majority of us cannot afford to be using olive, coconut and avocado oils on the daily. All you need to be doing is making sure you eat your veggies/fruits and having home cooked meals. Find simple/easy meals to make that you like ie. Cottage pie, chilli con carne, omelettes, wraps. For desserts my go to is a homemade crumble with almost any fruit I have at home.
Since I've watched you, you're great at pointing out the good and bad! Thank you for that! Please point out that the low fat Oatly (white box) does NOT have oils in it. It's a great option with a great taste.
Seed oils do not have to be highly processed and inflammatory. For instance, I have a bottle of virgin, cold-pressed (i.e., extracted without heat or chemicals) sunflower oil at home. Furthermore, the balance of research suggests that seed oils are not bad for you if you are not reusing them for frying. Otherwise, their only problem is that they keep bad company, often appearing in unhealthy processed foods like potato chips.
Thank you 😊 for reminding us daily of the poisons in our foods. I can attest that by cutting out sugar/sweeteners and highly processed foods and oils I have gotten rid of all of my arthritis pain and a good deal of inflammation in my body.

This guy has no idea what he's talking about. Canola (rapeseed) oil is not an "emulsifier"... it's an oil. Emulsifiers are ingredients that allow oils to be blended uniformly into an aqueous solution, such as lecithin, xanthan gum, guar gum, locust bean gum, carrageenan, etc... the things usually at the very bottom of the ingredients list. His videos keep popping up in my feed for the past 6+ months and I've caught countless examples like this of how he doesn't remotely understand the 101-level basics of what he's presenting himself as an expert on in order to proffer advice to others. His advice generally isn't all that bad, but he's miles away from a level of knowledge where he should be venturing to offer advice to others in the first place. Going to go ahead and block recommendations from his channel now.
You spent more time “debunking” than you did explaining how these oils are POISONOUS to long term health. How about you offer alternatives instead of yapping about his video’s and his advice. DORITOWORLDORDER- you’re acting like a complete fool. All these oils are toxic. That’s the MESSAGE.
Yes, I think he ought to, especially since this is the kind of content his channel provides. When you tell others that something as ubiquitous as seed oils is bad for you (after they already heard that so many other things are bad) then they get understandably upset and want to know then what the hell is it that they can eat? If people feel like they're getting cornered they can reach a point where they just throw their hands up in the air and altogether stop caring, viewing the situation with eating right as being hopeless. So yeah, there ought to be balance and it would be nice to hear about what we can eat vs. only being told one thing right after another about what we can't eat or should not eat. Bottomline, I think you're totally right! Good point!👍
It only matters if it contains a large amount of saturated fat (or trans fats/ oil is hydrogenated), unsaturated fat comes from unrefined oils, meaning it’s healthy so you’d be wrong ❌ Pls stop spreading misinformation online…

@@purityfountain7935 Thank you so much, and update I now work for a Funcional Wellness company and Hydrogen Oxygen is something we offer here as a service and Hydrolyzed Water is what we recommend to drink daily. I’m going to do some research on your suggestion and send it all to my mom. Thank you So Much🩷
My boss is a GI at Weill Cornell Medical Center in New York and she said that in moderation these oils do very little to affect the body.
In moderation is the key word. The problem is they're virtually in everything we eat including all restaurant food. If everything you're eating contains these oils it's no longer in moderation especially if these oils are on the top 3 of an ingredient list.
Impossible. Human body reacts quickly and badly to these oils and they're in everything.
@@suzannewiley8622 exactly the fact that they are In everything the human body develops a tolerance for these things. Only people that are hypersensitive are affected more severely and require strict diet
@@Paulguynj VERY WELL said !! This also really applies to soy. "It doesn't effect testosterone or give men feminine qualities, when consumed in moderation" Meanwhile, people are eating soy all day everyday for years on end, as it's in everything. These indoctrinated doctors with degrees aren't capable of updating their advice and many still tout the " fine in moderation" line. It's very scary, they give the absolute worst, outdated advice, and people take it as gospel because of their degree lolol
Grape seed and Canola and Sun Flower Oil free Radicals that make your oat Soy or Almond milk to make it thick and rich instead of putting more real almond oats or soy. I can feel when I eat inflammatory products with highly processed oils. I had no idea until this video that Grapeseed oil is highly processes. I love your videos Bobby. Thank you.
It's so impossible to find snacks or partially premade stuff without these. It's a good step to take it out of all your home cooking
Siete chips are made with avocado oil
My personal favorite.
@@nahpets5they don’t taste very good though
Thank you for this information. I’m seeing more and more about Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Can you do a video explaining the information about cooking with EVOO? Thank you.
If you guys want some healthier chips try these out: LesserEvil Paleo Puffs (made with coconut oil), Barnana Plantain Chips (made with coconut oil). Also check the brand Siete Chips they use really clean ingredients like avocado oil and coconut oil.
For cleaner oatmilk options look for the brand Malk. It's only gluten free oats, filtered water and himalayan salt.
Gibbles uses lard, salt, potatoes
Always learning new things from him. Thanks!
just make sure it's also true. Which this isn't.
but when you eat out at restaurants, it's pretty much seed oil by default, or even worse shortening oil
Shortening is just as healthy as most of what is mentioned in this video.
@@PLF...as long as it’s animal-based

Love your videos good sir!!!!!! What do you think about ashwagandha?
Thank you! I knew it. Struggling after I eat anything with canola oil.
Are you saying ghee is not good ? I thought he said it was
@@paulrun111 to my knowledge it is as bad as the seed oils (sunflower, rapeseed etc.) although I do apologise if this is false.
@@paulrun111 think of ghee like msg, a little goes a long way but having excess amounts would not be beneficial.
Sunflower oil is so high in linoleic acid that even if it isn’t processed, it still is inflammatory
Thank you 😊 for reminding us daily of the poisons in our foods. I can attest that by cutting out sugar/sweeteners and highly processed foods and oils I have gotten rid of all of my arthritis pain and a good deal of inflammation in my body.
Valuable information!
Thanks 👍
Better than eating avocado oil which might have been treated with Apeel Bill Gates is involved in.

This is literally insane. Never knew any of this. Explains why we’re always hungry even after eating. The ingredients are sending us. This is why I always look at the ingredients before I purchase. Thanks for this info!!
He doesn’t know it but I’m losing weight following this guy❤
Great info, also important to mention a lot of Avocado Oils are actually combinations of other seed oils. Make sure you research which Avocado Oils are pure.
What about grape seed oil?
This now by far is my favorite most informative channel on RUclips.
Great advice as usual!! Thank you.
Stupid advice devoid of science or evidence. Seed oils have been proven to be beneficial time and time again. The junk food is the problem not the oil
It's wrong though

Hey Bobby! Would you do a video on the new Rise Bars and your opinion on the health benefits of Sunflower Butter? I’m wondering if they’re safe to eat. Thanks!!!
I'm down this road to try and reduce my left thumb pain - most likely tendonitis or minor arthritis. But i've already noticed a difference minimizing my processed oil intake.
Had something similar years ago. I believe I was not drinking enough water. The pain, I believe, was from dehydration.
You are God sent!!! Yesss! Great life-giving information! Bless you 🙏 🏆
this is so true and so frustrating! it also affects the flavor poorly, glaringly in some cases
Ghee! Indian cooking staple! You're welcome.
Is ghee used to cook 'anything'. Or is there some foods to avoid?
@@myharrybalzahk Yep it can be used as a cooking oil
Bobby uses ghee all the time.
So what is the best milk to drink or that is good for you? Please help with your healthy advice…. Thanks 🙏
Bobby always contradicts himself. I cannot take his advice anymore.
When it is a product HE likes, he gives the oils a “pass” in his mind. Most of us do not eat enough of these foods to make a difference in our diets. Bobby is too extreme!
@@iii___iiihe’s just very over exaggerative. He acts like it’s fast food we’re eating here which literally has ingredients in them which doesn’t even sound natural like it’s supposed to be in there. Sure there’s many food products that have a lot of stuff not even needed but oils of this kind? Give me a break. You can even read sunflower oil having health benefits. I look up everything Bobby says and so far… a mixed bag. But none of these people here even bother to do that. Surprised they’re not starving.
Thank you again for spreading the truth!!
I use his “Bobby Approved” app, if it doesn’t pass I don’t buy it, he’s done all the work for us, thank you Bobby for all the info. By the way your Rose is beautiful and she’s healthy too 😊
Dr. Mike Istaetel would like a word with you sir!!
Thanks for this video. Please do a video on good oils to use. 🫒 🕊️
Below are the good oil he recommend
1) Organic butter
2) Tallow
3) Ghee
Love you Bobby! What about red palm oil?
Many avocado oil’s are highly processed, bleached, etc.
exactly
if you get the extra virgin stuff it's guaranteed to not be processed other than the process of extraction from the fruit. same thing goes for olive oil
Get Chosen Foods Avocado oil. Their avocado oil is clean as it gets. They even sell extra virgin avocado oil on their website.
Thank you Bobby.🙏 use avocado oil, extra Virgin Oil, virgin coconut oil.
He did a video on olive oil.
Look for where it came from,… many come from multiple countries.
Look for ONE or the least amount of countries!
@@TearDrop455 thank you! Appreciate it.

Pls tell us the brands we SHOULD BUY.
Good video. I always follow your advice. Thank you so very much.

Review the Siete chips!!!
They are the only clean option I’ve found
It only matters if it contains a large amount of saturated fat (or trans fats/ oil is hydrogenated), unsaturated fat comes from unrefined oils, meaning it’s healthy so you’d be wrong ❌
Pls stop spreading misinformation online…
Thank you for sharing these things with us. I like buying oatmilk sometimes, because it’s cheaper than organic whole milk. Either that or almond and coconut milk.
I’m trying to stay away from sugar, but I love milk for my coffee and I know organic is a safe option. It has more flavor, too
Not to mention Oatly has an ungodly amount of sugar in it
Hey Bobby,
Can you make a video where you educate us on the most widely consumed vegetable oil on the planet, Palm Oil?
Thank you Bobby for all the valuable info!🙏
I wasn't paying as much attention to this as I should have. I paid the price. Thank you for continuing to remind us of this. Why don't they just use Olive Oil? We would pay more if it was Healthy!
What do you think of different milks for toddlers? We use Ripple (pea protein) but it has sunflower oil. Not a fan of dairy but curious of your opinion, please! Dairy options, milk substitute options
Was just at the supermarket yesterday wanting some kind of non dairy milk for my coffee. Saw Oatly oat milk, but quickly put it back when I saw the ingredients. If I'm going to get crappy milk, then might as well pay less and get normal soymilk.
