    thank you very interesting. I have a question that really bug me. what's the reason why in Europe they can take out mortgages for 25/30 years with fixed rate and it's not possible in nz. can anyone answer my question please?

    Lower Hutt full of sardine cans, no parking, no garage, most sold to first home buyers at 800k+

      We’ll likely see a lot more townhouse development in both of the Hutts. Land is so scarce that intensification is the only way to support population growth.
