    yo iI love the way you teach the WHY you do something or reasons for stuff, for example in the first minute off the bat your explaining hey this is why and whats...great teaching Sir!!!!!! Professor for sure!!!!

    Do you feel like there is danger to either persons knee? It seems like like a fine line to walk safely.

    De la riva is so hard to play on heavier opponents specially when they settle that back knee down. Then I have to change strategies. But I’m looking forward to try this !! Thanks for the thorough video 🥋👊

      @@DubiousDom It’s a picture of Ironman, and you used to train with us both. He’s back to training bjj and talks about you often. He is 20 now and a junior in college.

      You’re absolutely right, same mechanics. I thought the same thing when I started using this! It’s so cool when mechanics cross over to other parts of the body. Like dropping the hip to manipulate an arm versus a leg
