Hey Filip.... The best Cinematic shots will be always kinda manual... But you can do some great cinematics with the 1.The Boomerang automatic Quick Shot mode 2. Active track Profile view 3. Follow mode 4. Using "Tap fly" and tilting the cam by hand...

Thanks mate. The luts used in the clips are: Autumn Lut, Mavic Pro Cinematic LUT (D-log), Travel Lut. You should film in a flat profile like Cinelike D. The spark doesn't have Cinelike D or D-log so it would't look so good (Too contrasty) You could only dial down the lut at some percentage of 35-50% because it have contrast and saturation in it and adding to a contrasty Spark video would be bad...
Interesting. It seemed so obvious to me, the fact that you didn't notice it made me look again on a different platform. On my phone it looks perfect. On my PC the shadows stutter almost from frame to frame, but only when viewed in 1080. On my 4k monitor, if I force RUclips to display in 2160p, it looks perfect, but at 1080, it's noticeable. RUclips compression maybe? Either way, great video, great tips.
The resolution was mostly C4K (4096 × 2160) and the shutter always close 1/50 with various ND filters depending on the situation. This is a compilation of footage that i got in a couple of months so i do not remember all the settings.
Nice as always! But I have one question. In the final version of "track forward tilt down shot" the footage seems not so smooth with little jumps. Is this caused by slowing down the footage to much or clip fps not synchronized with project fps?
Thanks a lot.. i think that for that specific shot my battery was getting low and i had a ND8 mounted on (no time to replace with ND4) (too dark) and i wanted this final take so i bumped the iso on 400 and lowered the shutter below 50 . (Yes i know not the best way to show you than a choppy image) but sometimes is better to get a shot that is 80% correct than not getting it at all ;-p
what app/program can i use to do a color grade for me as in i take the video from the mavic in d-log? drag it on the computer open an app/program and drop it in and it will do all the color grading for me to make the color pop a auto porgram ? something simple
You will have tu use one of this programs to do that: Davincie Resolve, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Sony Vegas with a plugin... I don't really know if there is a program to do it in a way that you described..
Hey Jorge.. nothing special: Cinelike D, 4K 24p 100Mbps, 25mm F1.7 and a slight colorgrade in post with a curve giving a push more to the greens in the shadows. Natural lightning coming from the big window with a back fill light on the left side to get a crispier look...
Hard to remember. It's from Artlist.io: geni.us/m9ltT and i used only just 15-20 second in the middle. I will dig it in my download folder and come up with an answer when i find it ;-)
The take on 2:42 is not graded or altered at all. Pure Cinelike D from the Mavic. The colorgrading starts at 3:05 from the same shot. Well.. it's all about the feel, music, sound effects and the right time to cut the scene.. sometimes with some speed ramps, color grading and stuff.
