Not sure how a dairy farmer can compost most of his cow manure, sell the compost then use mostly commercial fertilizer for his cropland and be selected as "wisconsin sustainable dairy farm of the year". Seems pretty sketchy to me.

What ratio of Straw and manure is?
The compost is approximately 2/3s straw and 1/3 manure.
