It’s not Kaveh’s. It’s a traditional recipe in Sumeru.

I made this meal using the exact same recipe, so heres what i changed:
1. 200 ml of water was wayy to much so only add a lil
2. Dont make the balls too big as it'll be harder to fry (meatball size)
3. The chilli powder was a lot so the sauce was quite strong
This was my first time making this meal. It was pretty good 👌👍
I'm an extremely picky vegetarian but this looks absolutely delicious 😩😩

SAME!!! Being a vegetarian, yet seeing most of the food in genshin containing meat or fish, the struggle is so real. There's only some dishes in the game that are vegetarian friendly. lol These look really good! I love curry spices, thus why I like Indian food, yet, I'm not a fan of onions. I love the spices, but I would prefer it if the onions didn't exist. lol Also, not a big fan of cottage cheese. ;w; I'm so picky!

This is a famous snack in India. Its called Dahi Vada. Dahi is curd or sometimes cottage cheese and it's called Vada after its deep fried.

I thought it was a mozzarella cheese ball. before watching the cooking video. different from what i thought mashed potato with cottage cheese!!! looks like smooth tasty awsome!!
There is a Indian Bengali dish called " Chanar Dalna" which is like a cheeseball curry maybe Genshin took inspiration from there to create this dish
They took a lot of inspiration from India for the Sumeru region. :D Also middle eastern, Persian and Egyptian inspo, but a lot of the dishes seem like they're inspired by Indian food, even some of the names of NPC's sound Indian. :D I now want to try Chanar Dalna. Sounds good!

This looks so yummy!! Really pretty presentation too. I want to try making a vegan version adapting your recipe. (Current ideas: tofu + vegan yogurt to substitute cottage cheese is the main thing, otherwise just regular dairy alternatives)
i did this today! i couldn't find cottage cheese so i put ricotta instead... but it was really nice thank you!!!!
How'd they turn out? I am not a fan of cottage cheese so I was wondering if something like ricotta could be used as a substitute.
@@midnightjudicator6551 it was good! though when you fry them you have to make them way smaller than in the video, and make sure you put a good coat of corn starch around
