I am very fond of Karina Gauvin's singing, and you'll notice she is also well represented on my channel; however, I first discovered this aria many years ago on a recital disc of Handel arias by Lorraine Hunt Lieberson, so for me her interpretation is my favorite version.

I first discovered this aria on recital disc of Handel arias by her when she was Lorraine Hunt. It simply doesn't get any better.
