Brilliant, it is a kind of magic to use random scraps to create such a unique background! The splashes are usually my least favorite technique but it worked well here! One technique I really can’t get over were the spots circled with black! Still have plans to do this!

Just wondering if you have smaller fussy-cutting scissors. I see so many people trying to fussy cut with regular or extra large scissors. May make a difference for you 🤷🏻♀️
I use nail scissors for fussy cutting and use the curve to my adventage😁
