Yeah, giving the crossbows additional damage that scales with your magic damage stats is gross. All Attributes starts double dipping, so that shit can probably hit for 150+ headshots if geared. 200 in the late game against no armor maybe?
Well mages start with about a -30% physical dmg stat due to having little to no str. However that can be offset with gear for sure. Geared I was hitting for like 120 phys headshot + 29 instant magic dmg + 22 burn tick. So yeah still a good bit of damage. The dagger was more concerning doing 90dmg headshots with the same 29 + 22 with attacks being very quick succession.
