That was Asha Bhosle - NO wonder she looked familiar!! What a fabulous role she played here - So lovable & cute, too!! Great direction & acting by the entire cast, the kids & songs were sweet too!! The "Yere yere paosaa" song reminded me of my childhood in Bombay, when we would wear our raincoats & "gum-boots" to go outside for a sing song session in the rain. Good to see them addressing Alzheimer's in this very emotional & heartwarming way. Sadly it is becoming much too common, and one should address it delicately & sensibly, because Karma does come around & NO one can guaranty what our future holds for us. Best to "Be kind whenever possible, and it is always possible" - The Dalai Lama. Good to see a film showing respectful Indian kids who are a positive influence on their peers. Here in the west, parents have a very tough time with their kids & peer pressure. A very sweet film that brought back fond memories of "Maharashtra". Namaste🙏from USA.

I looked after My grandmother and she passed away happily praising me. Before passing away she gifted me a house which I renovated and now I am living in with My family.
I cried all day after watching this film, its so relatable to my own life 😢. I lost my mum 5 years ago 💔 and our family dynamics, siblings, my life, and so on everything was like this film 😢

Same situation, we have faced in our family when my Nani was abandoned by her three children, the eldest , of her four children , my mother, brought her home to stay with us till she passed away in 2016.

A beautiful movie. mch needed for today wn evry second elderly us having this issue. I salute madhu for having the guts n conscience to take care of her mom. Fully empathize with her frustration, as hv gone thru it myself but I am blessed with a husband who accepted his mom in law with love frm day 1 caring for her like his own mom.
The movie was good and Asha Tai acted superbly! Only one thing in this era was misleading and that was mai ka bhaar to bete par hi hota hai! That mindset has to change

Why only all mothers r concern for the love of her son in her oldage.. Why can't a mother can see that her daughters love her too.To live a life, the love of only one person is enough.. But all mothers want her raja boy to love her in return that's why the outcome of all these son loving mothers r same as shown in the movie
