They let uninsured drivers continue to drive and risk other drivers safety and property. I'm glad I live in Massachusetts. They would never let an uninsured driver continue to drive. That would make them liable to any damage or injury caused by an uninsured driver after they let them go. I'm amazed that these municipalities are willing to risk a lawsuit by letting these things go.

But... the plate and registration and license aren't YOUR information. They're issued by the state. For people who love picking apart the meaning of words (albeit poorly), these folks really haven't considered the grammatical ramifications of something being issued.
