All motor vehicles used on the public roadways require the driver to be licensed and the vehicle to have a registration in all 50 state. All supreme court have upheld the states rights enforce licensing and registration. If you think I'm wrong, site your source for where and how. RUclips university isn't the place to learn about law.

These sovereign citizens see something on RUclips on how to conduct yourself at a traffic stop and the "magic words" that will get you off. It never works. They never question the bad advice. I would not be surprised if whoever cynically posted these traffic stop "rules of engagement" deliberately posted bad legal advice that will get anyone who believes them into instant trouble with the police. Then he sits back and laughs at his victims when they they are arrested.for following that advice.

So many blindfolded individuals think they are perfectly reasonable bc they don't see what delusion they have been abused into. We need to make engagement in as well as abuse into these practices a crime but it won't happen bc that way we would have to outlaw everyone's oh so beloved 'religions' and big children love their fairy tales.

In Australia a few years back, you could buy push bikes with small petrol motors attached & they were advertised as "no license required". The police had a field day with them, most of the time people were oblivious that a license was required & the police let them off with a warning. Essentially any conveyance with a motor exceeding 50cc requires a drivers license........ & that includes ride on lawn mowers LOL

It was mayhem when people found out they needed a (not a drivers license) motor cycle license for them & they were being returned to the store for refunds. In the states I presume there's a law that exempts motorized wheel chairs, they look like motorized golf buggies ? I think they're a nuisance on the side walk because they go way faster than "walking pace" & the legal ramifications if you hit & injure someone with one is something you don't want to get into.

Hey Mike I found this...However, because the lawn mower is also a “motor vehicle,” the Pennsylvania licensing requirement law found at 75 Pa.C.S.A. 1501 (a) requires that the man have a valid license to operate a motor vehicle on a highway or public property. Simply stated, since the man was riding a motor vehicle on a highway, he needed to have a valid license.

Operating an unlicensed motor vehicle on the roads could subject you to even more fines; no insurance, no head lights, no turn signals, no mirrors, no plates, no tags, no horn and probably a few others if the officer gets creative.

I live right on the edge of suburban and rural Pennsylvania, so I see a lot of mowers and full-blown farm tractors on the roads. The problem with mowers is that they don’t have headlights, brake lights, or turn signals. This makes them illegal for use on public roadways in PA. Tractors (newer ones anyways) don’t usually have this issue because they have lights and signals.

When I was growing up, back in the 60's, even bicycles required a license. You got them at the Fire Department. I would renew them every year. You received a sicker with a number and expiration on it. Price was I think $5.00 or $7.00 a year. They were maybe 2 inch by 1 inch and stuck them on the bar below the seat. If I remember they helped if bike was stolen. We also had laws of no bike riding on the sidewalks. I did receive a ticket for that. Today you may not have to register them, but you still have to follow the laws. Ride on the right side of the road, helmets in some cases, stop for lights or stop sign, reflectors and hand signals. Also, you are required to ID yourself when requested.
My point is lawn mowers have none of that. The mower is motor driven so it must meet motor vehicle codes. He can drive his private property an his private property. These idiots must have a lot of money to pay for bail, attorneys, and penalties. In the long run his spewing will not help, only make it way worse.
PS at least he won't get a window broken here. Maybe blow a tire just for fun.
