It's very real. It happened December 2012 in North Carolina. I googled "Jenna $300,000 speeding" and found out that she was arrested for driving while impaired, felony fleeing to elude arrest, driving while license revoked, careless and reckless driving, and driving left of center. The article ends with the sentence, "Needless to say, she did not get the money." LOL

I work in mortgage, and I've had conversations with SovCits who suddenly decide in the middle of the mortgage contract that they don't have to pay it because of some nonsense they saw on youtube. And.....this is honestly how the conversation goes. It's seriously impossible to disabuse them of their delusions, and no matter how many times you explain to them that they're mistaken, try to educate them on the reality, and make it clear that someone has given them incorrect information, they'll absolutely refuse to see reason.
Because they fell down a rabbit hole that absolves them of any and all sense of responsibility and tells them that they don't have to pay money. And that fiction is FAR more attractive to them than the reality. It's the conspiracy theory mindset; any information they're given that disproves the conspiracy is treated as being PART of the conspiracy.
I've spoken to people who we've ended up having to take to court, and have a court order telling them that they have to pay X or we're allowed to repossess their home, and they'll STILL insist it's illegal for us to do so because of reason X, Y or Z even though they've got the friggin' court order in their hand.
So I have no difficulty whatsoever believing that this video is genuine.

She got a pass on 2 outta 3. On this occasion she was charged with DWI, felony fleeing to elude arrest, driving while license revoked, careless and reckless driving and driving left of center. She was later sentenced to 4 months in jail for DWI, although that may have been for an earlier offense, for which her license was suspended and a warrant issued. Driving while talking on a cellphone is not illegal in the USA, unless it amounts to "distracted driving".

It is indeed real. Herring is charged with DWI, felony fleeing to elude arrest, driving while license revoked, careless and reckless driving and driving left of center. She also has a warrant on a failure to appear on a previous DWI. She refused 2 breath tests and they had to order a blood test. They confiscated her car (finally). She also stalked the officer that gave her the first DWI and planned to stalk the officer that arrested her this time. But besides all that I’m sure she’s a very nice person 😂
