6:19 this is exactly how some directors and screen writers show their sequences. it doesn't has to be great drawing as long as it is conveying what that scene holds.
9:04 it's a point of reference, even as individual filmmaker or as a group. it allows you to sometimes take liberty to make changes in certain scene. for example the recent movie kinds of kindness. is a great example. every cut is a storyboard block. and many blocks were added and removed just for the aesthetic purpose. check out kinds of kindness movie. it's a brilliant movie for filmmakers to understand pacing, sequence rhythm, choices made for keeping longer cuts.
5:20 there are noteboards. which comes with 4 partitions, 6 partitions, 8 partitions. 8p onces are i guess A3 books, rest are of A4 noteboards. noteboards are different from notepads, and notebooks.
