    Have you ever noticed, on tomatoes, a "stretch line" which shows how far the fruit grew, day by day?
    This usually happens where the tomato touches a wood stake or some other abrasive surface as it enlarges.
    The daily growth is evidenced by the regular marks along the stretch line, which indicate one night/day ...

    From a Texas corn grower: cut the stalk end off cleanly and then squeeze the other end. The corn comes out with zero silk. Less mess!

    This woulda saved me a lot of time on 90 ears of corn the other night. I'll be using this method next time. Borderline genius old buddy.

    Great idea! Do you have a drier inline? I worry about oil from my compressor gettin on the corn.
