Iona is a true adventurer. Rebel even. I'm 70 and I still think on a good day I could beat anybody. Even though I haven't played for years! Keep the faith kidda.

I listened to the entire podcast in audio form, do you guys not video them in entirely and upload them in full length? I would have loved to see her get emotional about her struggles I feel that really adds to the podcast, her story, struggles and helps us connect. I was really happy and enjoyed this episode, thank you both!

Completely agree about the wicked slice. I was never an elite hockey player, but hitting a ball is still hitting a ball.

Niggle - " cause slight but persistent annoyance, discomfort, or anxiety".
A common expression around our way (there's another one)
