Honestly I prefer this car as a manual, but i dont have a prob with an automatic anyway.

@@mikehunt9yearsago why would you stall if you know how to drive manual? I never think about stalling, i just do what i gotta do and go. I reccomend manual over auto, 1. Its safer. 2. Good thing to know if you wanna try out varity of cars
If you see no issue with automatic transmissions then you should be walking.
I mean it's a semi auto, so you can shift manually.
Why would you buy a used alternator bro....replace engine parts with new parts not used parts...

@@mikebrown2262 it is something wrong with used parts...used parts have wear on it....that's why you'll end up with the same problem...Never try in short cut engine parts...best to get new parts oem...
That's not true at all I'm a mechanic you know how many times I go to the junk yard and pull new and practical new cars off cars and most of the time never have issues even new parts come with defects. I can't vote for always new parts . Starter been on my homeboy truck 6 years now and it was used. I been doing cars about 13 years now. I can't vote for new it just depends on what it is. Ball joints ect new but alternators ect that is fine it's hit or miss both ways you go. You can get a new part and it will go out
People that work at dealerships are full of shit you know know many people that work at dealerships be at the damn junkyard get the fuck out of here. The parts is the same shit I found brand new parts out there look like they been out there a week or less. Alot of time you have to go to the junk yard a part takes 5 days to order or get and you need to ride that's bull shit I do did alternators brand new in the box and be bad. If you don't have the cash and you trying to save used is fine people do it all the time sometimes it last 5 months sometimes years so you not going to tell me. Cause I can get a ton of people right now and they will tell you master cylinder ect 2 ,3 years don't gone by same used part

Aftermarket rear bumpers always fit really good in my experience. Nothing like front bumpers where custom work is needed

Covert My G35(my profile picture) was hit in the front by a deer and it shredded my front fender and front bumper, I went online and found someone’s G35 bumper taken off their car and I found the fender off of a junkyard G35(both parts are in good condition, just because it’s from a junkyard doesn’t mean it’s junk btw).
Check FB marketplace it's always full of parted out Gs.

Yeah that's a car killer right there, slowly but surely. I always warm my VQ up, I won't put it in drive until the idle drops lower than 1k at the minimum. But I generally wait until it drops to the 650rpm it normally idles at. I also make sure to prime the fuel pump everytime before I crank it. My engine has 207k on it and it's still driving fine. It's a beast, I've driven it pretty hard and it just asks for more. The engine is really clean, I installed an oil catch can running to both of the banks when I installed a 5/16th plenum spacer. I can definitely see this car lasting easily to 300k. I take great care of it though.

His tensioner guard is worn out or the tensioner it self need be replaced

Man I hate to agree with ppl but I agree with the way these tend to sound with a exhaust. It sounds so bad, with that raspy trumpet 🎺 sound. Which is odd because I had a 300zxTT VG30DETT which sounded killer. It had a deep lobe and growl too it. I've even had ppl ask if I had a V8 swap. Also had a 94 Maxima SE the VE30DE. Which was just the fwd varient of the VG, except it had a timing chain instead of a belt. I had full exhaust headers, y pipe, high flow cats, cat back exhaust and muffler. It sounded like a F1 car I'm not exaggerating. Sounded so nice, but for whatever reason it's hard to get these VQs to sound right. I personally like the stock exhaust note. Atleast the way mine sounds. It has a nice growl and rumble to it whenever I crank it and it sits in idle. Then when I get on it it sounds really good. Can mainly hear my CAI though. I have a throttle body spacer and a 5/16th Blox plenum spacer. So it has this aggressive deep growl when ever I'm giving it full throttle. Im considering getting some headers since they are only 80 bucks as well as some test pipes. But I'm definitely not getting anything cat back. Possibly just an exhaust tip to get rid of the old oem one. It sounds way better with atleast OEM cat back exhaust.

When the problem was a corroded battery cable but you go through 3 alternator's.. It happend to me. My battery light is still on . Car runs great tho

edit name i don’t believe it is fake because the old owner, the one i follow has bought a new car, a G37. so i think it is legit, maybe he just didn’t know the issue. not really certain on the circumstances, i just know he hasn’t posted about the car ever since the video was posted

@@DrippGarage Honestly, probably the result of normal condensation buildup inside the exhaust system. If thicker smoke, it can be a big problem and be caused by the engine burning coolant. This can be the result of a serious issue like a blown head gasket, a damaged cylinder head, or a cracked engine block.

7 mins down the road it does have an tow strap and you have an car pull it in N and just use the breaks to stop
You allways take the battery out and charge it on an battery charger when you do the alternator

Man that g is nice and sounds so good I regret letting mine go I miss my G I sold mine because of the air fuel ratio sensor I bought like 4 but the light kept returning back I have emissions where I'm at i put mine up for sale Friday she left me Saturday morning I miss that agency power rumble though but I'm in love with my 06 saab it's louder then my G and more powerful
