- FreeWellgear was kind enough to send me their new Magnetic VND system. I got asked so many times if I use filters to create my videos. I usually didn't because traditional filter systems slowed me down. The experience with the magnetic system was totally the opposite. I think I will keep on using this for my upcoming videos. I really loved the mist filter that comes with the system. I used it on all shots in this video. Hope you enjoy it!

Looks incredible! Thinking about this for my Sony cameras. Which stop range did you use doe these shots? Looking for a single ND filter for outdoor hiking filmmaking
Thanks man! I actually used the mist filter that comes with the setup for all shots. For ND I only used 2-5 stops for only a couple shots. Interestingly my most fav thing was the magnetic lens cap. I don't like lens caps but this one worked pretty good
Release this lut color for us?
Hi, almost all scenes have a different color grading technique in this video. It won't be possible to release a one fits all kind of LUT.

I prefer clog for low light and quick edits. Clog3 for more contrasty scenes
i dont know why canon feels unconfortable to use for me but damn this camera has a beautiful character very iconic.
I feel you man! I have the same feeling for Fuji cameras. I always feel like I am gonna drop them while shooting. I love the image they produce but on a hike I am always stressed :) With Canon I feel like I am in control of the camera. The grip and controls make me feel safe. It is very important to shoot with the gear you feel comfortable.
@@barparildar well said! U a lucky man to use different sort of cameras the fuji xt3 for me has the best picture its very atmospheric in my opinion thats what i like about the fuji. today my a7iii arrived cant wait to shoot another look compared to my a6000. ill sub u for sure!

Lovely video and music selection! What strength mist were you using? For me it could be a bit less with strong light sources, but you integrate is so well. I just “bought“ the Freewell set off Indiegogo. Is that what you’re using?

Is there a reason why you did not actually purchase a Fujifilm T4 ?
I only own one main camera at a time and prefer it to be full frame. I also don’t like to spend too much on gear. Lucky to be able to have access to Fuji cameras. I use loaners for specific projects when I need them.

I am not sure what milky look means but I feel like you might be asking about the mist filter. Using a filter for a softer look here

Hey wanted your opinion. Do you think the r6 is a much better camera than the xt4 you used to use?
Hi, I think they are both great cameras. I can't say one is much better than the other. I prefer R6 for my professional photo work since I am used to shooting with Full Frame cameras. But it really doesn't mean it is a better camera than X-T4. Fuji cameras I use are all loaners. I get them for a different project I work on. Use them and send them back. It is usually sad to let them go once I am done with them :)
@@barparildar thanks so much for the quick reply! I see your fuji work and it’s excellent. I do miss the full frame Z6 I used to have. I wanted better AF and better lenses, better low light going to r6. How do you like the dynamic range compared to xt4?
@@adnan_velic No worries! Video dynamic range is sadly worse than XT4. But I am ok with it. I feel like a camera with less Dynamic range makes me a better film maker since I need to be extremely careful for each shot. I have a new video coming up this weekend. Probably had the worst light conditions but I enjoyed filming it so much cause I was working real hard for each scene. I gave up oncomparing cameras, specs etc. All new cameras are great to me. I use them without questioning too much.
@@barparildar I like your outlook on videography and what’s really important. I should take a lesson here and learn how to use my fuji better instead of wanting the best and newest camera.
