Anyone here can help me how can i fix this issue of my ASUS ZenPower 20,100mAh?
I don't know what happen.

Hello guys! I have found such a powerbank in a hypermarket electronics recycle bin. Having the same issue. People threw it away not bothering to try to fix it. I took it home, opened it up and the temperature sensor wires were indeed broken. I soldered them back and guess what ?! It's WORKING! So thanks a lot to all of you for the precious tips!
had the same exact issue, and like some of the comments here mention it has a heat sensor that comes loose. all you have to do is open it like it's shown here: ruclips.net/video/bMI5goaKxjc/видео.html. the sensor sits between 2 of the cells. just solder it back in and it should work again.

hindi kasi magchacharge yan ung disconnected ung sensor. battery sensor.
naayos ko ung sakin, reconnect lang ung wire sensor sa loob. ung sensor nakadikit sa batt at nakahinang sa board ng powerbank
Hello :) you just need to repair the little wire inside the power bank, glued with the batteries :) i solder mine and it worked again :)
Worked mee to... Probably is a factory problem, that soldering this little wires is very bad quality, and in random time, it's broke himself.

ganyan din problema ngayon ng asus zenpower 20100mah ko... blinking lang din ng 5 times tapos mawawala.. ayaw magcharge... may solusyon ka na bang nagawa sayo?
Same ung sakin ganyan din problem di ko na magamit.. wala pa 2 months.
I just repaired mine it had the same symptoms. I opened the power bank like in this video : ruclips.net/video/bMI5goaKxjc/видео.html and then the issue was a detached wire from the temperature sensor. The temperature sensor is located between 2 battery cells connected to the board with 2 wires. I'm guessing that if the sensor cannot give a proper reading of the temperature the controller assumes by default that the battery is very hot and cuts out the power.
So what did u do

Sorry late reply.di ko sure kung ano naging problema ng zenpower ultra ko e, di na sya naayos ng kahit anong cord brand new and used.
Di ko na ginagamit until now. Mukang di na mabubuhay, samantalang ung zenpower 10,050mah ko mag 2yrs na sakin.
Itong ultra months old palang dead na.
