I would say yes. As an IP, Monkey kid is just as good as Ninjago. Both IPs have good sets but Ninjago has a better show overall

I mean… it’s not that big of a plot twist, looking back on it. The green 5 on his sweatshirt makes it very obvious as an adult… but obviously, we didn’t see it that way as kids, so it seemed like this huge twist at the time haha. I don’t think it’s too big of a deal since we find out so soon anyways, things like ghost Cole, titanium Zane, or water ninja Nya are honestly much bigger spoilers from the intros

Dude when I tell you Ninjago was my first hyperfixtation, i mean it. I could argue that Monster High was technically the first but I was a HUGE Ninjago fan. I didnt have time to keep up with it after season 7,but id always pop in a watch a few episodes. My sister and I are watching the newest season together, which in my opinion is more of a reboot cus the ninja arent really the main characters any more.
Im SOOO tempted to go to patreon to see the full season reaction but Im currently saving for other things haha.

At first there were only supposed to be 2 seasons + the pilot, but in the end there are 16 seasons + new ninjago, because it was very well received
in future seasons you will see the animation progress and everything will be more detailed

My man this show is going to get hella intresting once Lloyd joins the team. Season 2 was originally going to be the final season of Ninjago before the writers decided to make like 14 other seasons. That's why season 2 is such a W.

And when Kai said it’s a scroll windbag and it means it tells the future he had Cole’s voice
And I’m like what the why did they switch voices for a bit if your going to make a series at least match the voices with the correct character

You should watch Legends of Chima, it's not as good as Ninjago but still worth watching. I'd also highly recommend Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy. It's better than RRR.

This movie is unfairly hated because people just don't want to understand it's supposed to be a parody to the original show, not a serious thing. You don't watch it for the canon, we all know it's not canon. You watch it because it's a really funny movie

While the Ninjago Movie might be the weakest of the Lego Movies, it's still a fun watch and didn't deserve to be overhated as it is. And it did bring us the redesigns that helped the Ninja stand out more apart from their hair/eyebrows.
