Bobby Brown Greets Soldiers after participating in Soldier's promotion ceremony

Bobby Brown greets Soldiers at the Military Intelligence Readiness Command at Ft. Belvoir, VA. Brown participated as the "pinner" in the promotion ceremony for Army Reserve Soldier Sgt. 1st Class Stephanie Abdullah. Abdullah is a Public Affairs NCO in the Army Reserve and works as a freelance publicist in her civilian life.
