    Been researching this kit . How was your building experience ? Any cons ? Looks like you did a fine job .

      Thanks! - You can follow the progress of my build on the Woodenboat Forum under the thread "An Ilur in PA". forum.woodenboat.com/showthread.php?203567-An-Ilur-in-PA&p=4815713#post4815713 There is another thread of an Ilur build "An Ilur in Vermont" several years ago (and completed)- superbly documented by John Hartmann. I took receipt of the kit in late February 2016 and the flipping occurred early in September.
      The kit and design are fabulous... if anything my hopes and expectations have been exceeded.
