- How to disassemble a Volvo electric power steering pump that came off of a Volvo S40 C70 C30 V50 S80 S60 XC70 to do maintenance and lean the interior. To prepare for use in a future project . The 6 AN fitting is a Edlebrock/Russell 648060 you can find it on Amazon

I put one on my coyote swapped 86 Foxbody and it stopped working today. It is making a bump sound. Not sure what the problem is. What does the pump do when the bearing goes out?
Did you figure it out? I just got one today and tried to bench test it by jumping the power/ground and signal but it just bumps on and off over and over…was missing cap on mine too.
@@kolourblind3124 Yes, it ended up being the ground wire on mine.
@@venomfastback thanks! Mayb I’ll try bypassing the connector and see if she stays powered. Then I could always buy a new plug

i haven’t made a lot of videos and i did realize that i was far after filming but the job was already finished so i couldn’t realy do it again if i make a other video like this again i will for shure film test footage and ajust the distance better
