They do it for sponge bathing the elderly when they get really dirty. I personally prefer a cup or two of apple cider vinegar if I'm taking a bath, or diluted acv (you want like a lemon yellow) that I use as an after shave and pour all over myself after a shower, it REALLY helps my acne. Over time I've been able to use acv straight on my face as a toner and DUDE, it stops a break out dead in its tracks, it's noticeable the next day.
