Italy is one country I would like to explore more. I only made it to Rome and Venice when I went a few years ago. Sadly I'm too sick to travel and so I thank you for your videos because they are as close as I'm going to get to a Italy now.

Great video of Modena. Makes me miss my visits to Italy when I worked on a cruise ship. How are you so amazing Gareth? The content, commentary, background music, and videography are all as delightful and delicious as the treats of Italy. All prepared perfectly by your own hands for our enjoyment. Thank you.

'' it's my first place I've been Italia outside of rome, venice and firenze ''
You must go to Siena my friend 😂😂
Then go to pienza and san gimignano (very close from siena if you have a car)
Like you love eating, go to bologna !!! World Capital of gastronomy, it's a big city at ten minutes from bologna.
But yes modena is very very great to spend few days

Hi Gareth, love what your doing keep up the good work dude!
Wish you could have gone to Sicily too, specially in Licata which is in the south, that’s where my parents were from.
It’s a lovely sea port town with beautiful beaches, loads of history, delicious foods and deserts one of my favourites is Gelato e Brioche nuccola.

You can obtain "Aceto Balsamico Tradizionale di Modena" only by 273 members of the Consortium with the same name, all established in Modena or her Province, the "Aceto Balsamico di Modena" is an industrial product, with severe rules of production, many companies produces it, but is a very different product. World is infected by thousands of horrible imitations, ever the "white" balsamic vinegar that is a complete stupidity, i don't know what you tasted in Portugal, or in Vienna, but the real "Balsamic Vinegar" is only that sealed and sold by the Consortium in special bottles of 100 cc capacity, bottles designed by Giugiaro, that costs, at least, 50 Euro a bottle. There are many "Aceto Balsamico di Modena", some are good for cooking and cost very less than the traditional ones, but choose those produced near Modena, some are produced by very big industries andthe quality is poor.
