Enjoyed that Nick. Its an amazing place to fly people are so nice too. Thanks for posting that. Will look forward to your commentary at the next event.
Found your channel by accident. Looking for info on places to fly in China. I've been living in China 25 years so far, came here for a job in 98, I'm a helicopter pilot by profession and having recently retired I took up paragliding. Learned in Beijing, then learned more in the South Downs of England. I've flown in Hangzhou a number of times, Chengdu, MaCheng and Inner Mongolia, and just came back from 2 weeks paragliding in Bir Billing, India. I see you have flown in quite a few places and are braver than myself. Don't think I would be flying off rooftops in Dubal anytime soon/ever! Anyway just thought I would let you know I'm your newest subscriber. Great videos!
Dude you did it!! Forget my question on the older video. This building is an epic and scary launch, but lift potential! So surreal flying over such a huge city wow! In excellent company too. This video also answers my questions about mountain flying in the area, thanks so much for posting this great coverage ;)
nice, tbh it wasn't too clear what was happening there when I followed it, especially with the finish event and accidents. Mostly speculations and gossips. Nice to see the tasks from the 'inside'. Pretty cool distraction from the typical alpine H&F races :D
Yes a lot of us were there keen to see something different, and you never know if it will be a one off (it kind of was for me but I'm glad they're running it again!) Looking forward to trying to tell the story of the next one
Wow Nick! thankyou for taking us on that adventure! amazing.
Brilliant mate. Never seen that terrain before. Good to see that building launch even made you nervous - made me nervous watching you.

Thank you, yes it's a pretty special and different experience for pilots more familiar with the Alps!
Really enjoyed this Nick. Thanks for sharing 🙂
Great video mate . Glad your going back to be part of it again in a new way .
Great video, Nick! Poor wings, they got a lot of abuse during this desert competition. Looking forwards for your feed from the next event!
They sure do, I was definitely glad I'd already had a long season on my wing

Welcome to Bosnia. There are very good playing fields here volbiv
I'd love to explore there. A friend went with a glider (sail plane) this summer
I hope you will visit this area 😄
U get around for a guy in a wheelchair, amazing.
I can feel the humidity and warm air.
scratch city
Training😂 yeah after taking off from a rooftop all other launches are boring.
Haha yeah I thought once was enough for me with the skyscraper launch
