- An idea to design a house with a reasonable area of 90m2 - one story. The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a living and dining area.
Master bedroom: 13m2 + bath
Bedroom2: 11m2

The living area is small for a 3-bedroom house. I would extend the living/dining/kitchen area to allow space for more seating and a bit more counter and storage in the kitchen. But otherwise, it's a workable plan.

Not bad, except walking into house through sliding door that overlooks driveway. I'd suggest you flip kitchen, dining and living so your entrance is single door, next to kitchen and living is where kitchen is now and sliding door provides view and access to the backyard.

Building a house on ground floor cost alot bruh.. Here a basic/not too big house cost my parents about 2.5/3mill.
But if you are gonna be building on top, like first floor... (hope you understand what i means 😂) it would only cost about half the price of the ground floor one like. 1.5...to 2 mill max..
Maybe less too... Im just a teenager btw... Don't mind me..

It is ok except this living room area seems small and odd layout ..if someone is watching TV you have to walk in front of them to go in or out of the house .....
