Beautiful, simple, elegant
This is not the usual designs on RUclips. It's different, nice! Something has to be done about that 3rd bedroom and access to the bathroom.
It's simple but functional
This is the first one of these videos that made me start planning where I would hang what when I moved in! It's absolutely beautiful and practical! Plenty of storage space in all the bedrooms (the one furthest from the bathroom would definitely be my craft room) and I'd eliminate the door from the bedroom to the back porch in the master bedroom, giving me a solid wall. Other than that, this is absolutely perfect. Oh, how I wish I could own it!

I like the design. Perhaps it has too many access doors to the house, I would eliminate a couple of them, otherwise the distribution is very functional. I like the separation between the living room and the kitchen and dining room areas. The room next to the living room would be perfect for a studio. The laundry and storage zones are important in a house. Thank you!

It's a very beautiful house, BUT in general what I don't like about Western houses is that you open an outside door and find yourself right in a living room or a kitchen. It's weird... Basically, you don't even have a little place to leave your jacket, boots and etc
I quite agree. There is no sense of arrival. To me, because of the climate here, I want a vestibule at both doors plus closet space for coats and somewhere to change footwear. Having both front and back doors in the kitchen would drive me nuts.

No common toilet
What kind of people living in the houses where directly from outside going to dining room or living room? No space for dirty shoes, umrellas, jackets...Every design is like that... From my point of view, very dirty house it will be. And, lack of another bathroom is the problem too
There are two bathrooms. The main one is between the front bedroom and the master suite. The two bathrooms share a wall.
This would be a very uncomfortable house to live in. The front and back doors both open directly into the kitchen. No vestibule means that any time a door is open either heat or cold flood the space. Not energy efficient either summer or winter. No coat closet near either door, too, means that there is nowhere for taking off footwear and costs/jackets and putting them out of sight. I would be tempted to swap the two bedrooms off the corridor. Master suite to the front, second bedroom to the rear. Leave the bathrooms back to back as they are. That way the back bedroom off the living room could open into the corridor opposite the family bath, eliminating the door into the living room. As it is, that room would not be very good as a child's room, as anyone using the living room would have to be quiet or else disturb anyone trying to sleep in that room.
Trying to copy a Sim M9bile Design from the game is too oversized especially the windows and hallway to Room design.
Too much screwin around.
Very badly designed house. No idea on utilisation of space.
