Great plan, what is approx cost per sq/ft to build in southern USA
$820 PLUS TAX
How many SQM?
Estimate cost?
I house size
Too small
How much the cost ?
I doubt this is very expensive. It's a design that is made with affordability in mind. The structures and designs aren't complex at all. The roofing, plaster, interior design is also simple. Your biggest cost would probably be the land lol
Walk straight into living room, no coat closet, waste space on a breakfast bar, and where that credenza is could be a floor to ceiling storage area. Needs tweaking.
Oh get a life
Exactly, I will put a coat closet at the front, remove the breakfast bar, reduce the credenza to make it a storage, that will push the kitchen further back and increase the dining area and put a French door in the dining area
I'd suggest walling in that tiny porch area and making it part of the living room, adding another 4 to 5 feet of space for a coat/shoe storage area.
