Has anyone ever consider that Oswald did not use the scope but used the open sights? He was trained in the military using open sights, so concavely he was more familiar with open sights. Also how did the Lincoln get a hole in the windshield from the front ? (picture from Parkland shows it being an entrance hole from the front of the car )

11 miles an hour,, going away from the building 80 yards away....a rifle that was made in the late 1800's....and shipped to this guy thru the mail,,not even in a box..with the address on a tag on the trigger guard...strange???

Sorry gents, 40+ years of hunting, especally large game, and NEVER have I ever observed tissue /blood/ bone fragments ejected from the target animal TOWARDS the direction of the shot. His head snapped to the rear with far too much force to have been a secondary reaction to a 2nd impact from the rear. AND remember Jackie climbing onto the trunk trying to grab a chunk of his skull, which was ejected to the rear. Also, the medical reports showed large impact area in the right front corner of his head. Then there is the "magic bullet". Y'all should know better than to think that bullet went through Kennedy, the mild steel seatback of the front seat, Connoly's wrist and leg and looks that perfect. Sorry gents, I am calling BS here. Please stop trying to prove the "official story" and start looking at the realities. Oh, and wasn't one of the Secret Service detail recently quoted as saying he found that bullet in the car, removed it and then depositied it on the stretcher later so it would not get lost?
I have listened to every podcast and watch all the videos, but you guys are ankle deep in the do do here. COULD Oswald have made 3 shots in 6 seconds? Hell yes. Was he the only shooter at Dealy Plaza that day, not a chance.

Brent, I knew where you were going with that photo-shopped picture before it came out of your mouth...why? Because I happen to be wearing that tee shirt today!!! HA~!!! That felt a bit weird. But, that image was done for a guitar retailer/distributor who specializes in high-dollar vintage guitars, named Killer Vintage. (Copyright Hazard Ware Inc.) You are correct sir when you say they look like they're rockin' out. Oswald is the singer, holding a microphone, Ruby is facing "The Singer" with a 1957 Fender Stratocaster and the tall Dallas Sherrif ? is holding a 1960 Gibson ES-335. When I first saw the picture decades ago, I thought, "That's just WRONG! Crap, a man is getting killed." Then at a Nashville Guitar Show (yes, before the web killed them, they were HUGE!) a guy at the Killer Vintage tables flung me a shirt! I'm a sucker for a free tee shirt HA! I got over my qualms with the picture---all it took was a free tee shirt!!!
In 1963, I was in 2nd grade and my Grandfather picked up 2 other boys & me and told us on the way home Kennedy had been shot.

3 empties found in the sniper's nest agree with the closest ear witnesses. I also agree with you guys that a trip in person to the scene is quite eye-opening re: the supposed difficulty of the shots.
(PS that baboon mount is nightmare fuel.)

A good discussion on a very complex subject ! I don’t believe after this many years we will ever know the answers to many questions!
It’s spread all over the spectrum!

Oswald missed General Walker who was sitting still yet hit a moving target going 11 mph. The biggest problem was the rifle found was a Mauser which Roger Craig said was stamped on the barrel then it turned into Carcano.

There’s only one question that needs to be answered. Why were the records sealed and continue to be sealed after the date they were supposed to be released? Trump , who said he would open the records would not do it saying it would make our Nation look horrible. None of us want to admit our Government sucks and will do just about anything to advance their objectives but they do and they will…

I was in the 7th grade then (band class at the exact time) year and remember the announcement on the school's PA system. The kid next to me said something along the line of "He deserved it." School was dismissed and we all went home.
By the way, that baboon is sure ugly. It wasn't really obvious on last night's live chat but it sure is today! Thanks guys for stirring up my memories.

Could anyone who missed the entire limo with his first shot*, come back with two fatal shots afterwards?
*Oswald's first (probably only) shot struck the curb behind the car.

Guys, it wasn't 3 shots in 6 seconds - it was two shots, after the first, in 6 seconds. The timer won't start til that first shot, so Oswald had 3 sec. Per round for the two fillow-up shots! Oswald was locked, loaded and waiting to break the first one, no action manipulation needed. A man who qualified expert in the Marines would have no problem getting two aimed shots off in six seconds, even with a Manlicher-Carcano carbine.

Thanks for a sane breakdown. For further reading try "Case Closed" by Gerald Posner. Came out in the late 20th Century. Really shuts things down.

It is easier to fool people than to convince them they have been fooled, I'm 72 so I lived through the history of the moment, I have always had questions about the event. I had the opportunity to thoroughly visit Dealey Plaza and the Texas Book Depository Museum, when I looked from the window adjacent to the window Oswald shot from, it is apparent, the way Elm Street slopes down and to the right before the underpass, it would be a challenging shot, let alone three shots (inspite of what your guy said about the first shot starting the timer) it would be more challenging for a right handed shooter, because it forces you out of position for subsequent shots, that being down and to the right. Oswald did not act alone, he ended up being the fall guy, I believe the CIA, FBI and Secret Service were all involved. The grassy knoll is an easier point to fire from than the Book Depository and the railroad tracks area, easier than the grassy knoll. After that trip to Dealey Plaza, I came away with more questions than I had prior to visiting? They will not release the truth until the generations that were alive when it happened are dead and gone. I am also an active rifleman and pretty fair marksman, it ain't no chip shot and under the pressure of the moment, very few people could have pulled it off. I vehemently disagree with the consensus of the group and the Warren Commission, it isn't that clean and easy.

I don't believe ANYTHING the US government says. I've been to Dealey Plaza and the Sixth Floor Museum. I had the exact opposite impression on the difficulty of the shot. I don't think I could make it. JMHO

If the shot was so easy to make then how come whe they recreated it in the 80s the professional marksman couldn't do it with their rifle on a tripod?
