Land completely depends on location even if new schemes come they won’t be able to match the appreciations and location of previous land schemes… For the past 3-4 yrs people have been saying that it’s bubble but a lot of people have made huge profits in the past 3 yrs, again form 10th October there has been an appreciation in the resale value of yeida plots and the government has approved the launch of first flight in April . In a nutshell it may be a bubble or not but in upcoming 3-4 yrs this market will produce some profits with new industrial and commercial sectors to come up.

This entire under construction project is a big scam. Builder is looting buyers And giving share to authority people builder khush and authority bhi khush. This is what happens in under construction projects. I have seen few people who sold their houses and invested in flat na flat mila na house bacha.

It happened because of fake videos by many dealers. They mislead people that more plots will be added in the scheme and because of that more people applied. Beware of YEIDA property dealers, they are making a lot of hype of the region while the bitter truth is that the area will take around 25 years to reach the level of Greater Noida. And we all know that Greater Noida is kinda ghost town. Also, toll only passages of YEIDA gonna hurt the investors more.
It's a clear demand supply game, no-one can manipulate the rates in the long run. Even in undeveloped area of Bareilly also, the resale rate is 55000/.per square metre ( authority plots)
