    True review.. I have also visited this place/sector, even locals did not know this sector.. it was too far atleast 9-10 km away from express way 1st cut - Buddh International Circuit exit.. got disappointed while visiting this place.. atleast 7-8 years will take to develop this place.. it is adjacent to Baba Ram dev factory. Not a good investment option for near term..Rest you please take your call wisely.

    आप उस पर भी वीडियो बनाइए जी कि ऑथोरिटी पेनल्टी लगाती है वो भी कंपाउंड इंटरेस्ट के साथ, ठीक इसके रिवर्स पोजेशन की डेडलाइन्स उनको भी देनी चाहिए नहीं तो कंपाउंड इंटरेस्ट अलौटी को भी दे यमुना ऑथोरिटी।

    YEIDA is making money from investors deposits in 3 months and keep spoiling people money.

    New plot scheme of sector 24A is real SCAM from UP RERA and Yamuna Authority. Plot nikalta hai to maximum 12 months se jyada authority ko kyun chahiye jab poore paise le liya hai to. Aur yey plot actually milega kab, 10 saal mai, 15 saal mai. Yaa fir year 2009 allotees ki tarah bas intezaar hi karte rahenge.

      Abhi Authority 10% Amount le rahi hai ...ky 90 % Amount registration ke time lega... means agar registration 5 yr baad hoga to tabhi hame 90% amount Dena hai?

    yhan ab rate dhire dhire km honge ya ruk jayrnge, atleast for small size. bcoz end user afford nhi kr payega. aur investor etna amount lagayega nhi. Koi bhi investor es rate pe paisa tb lagata h jb 1-2 yr me proprty sahin proffit me end user ko bech paye, yhan tou already etna bda hua h. Dealers ne yhan ka market bekar kr diya, ab khud preshan hsin ki sale purchase nhi ho rhi. Last 1 yr n 3 months rate ya tou wahi hain, ya km huye hain

    public se full payment le lete hai kabje ki koi guarantee nhi hai kab tak dege ho sakta hai 10saal lag jae so mat fill kro form. 50 lakh ka plot aap aaj payment kr rahe ho aur 10 saal baad kabja mil bhi Gaya to kya fayda usse pehle to jisne 50 lakh lagai hai vo tension mei jiyega 10 saal tak.....so my opinion don't fill authority plot

    Bhai agar lucky draw ke baad paisa dena pada to etna sara paisa kaha se aayega...Bank loan dega us samay...

      aap draw ke bad ka paisa loan ke dwara dena chahte hain to , Registration Amount bhi Loan dwara dijiye yani aap diye gaye bank men Şam park kar Loan karayen taki aage koi problem na ho
      aur ha pehele 10% dekar registration hoga baki ka 90% apko draw ke 60 days ke andar dena hota hai

    ऐसा है यमुना अथॉरिटी किसानों से 2728 रु मीटर में जमीन खरीद रहीं है और 26000 रु मीटर के हिसाब से प्लॉट की स्कीम लांच की जा रहीं है तो मुनाफा कौन ले रहा है और वो मुनाफा कहां जा रहा है सुविधा कुछ नही है

    आप लोगों को गुमराह कर रहे हैं। आप जैसे प्रोपर्टी डीलर ने एक लाख रुपए प्रति मीटर बेच रहे हैं। जब कि रेट 25900/- आथरिटी दे रही है। चार गुणा लाभ मिलेगा। तो बड़ा समय लगेगा। आप सभी अप्लाई किजिए।

      आपसे कुछ निवेदन है
      अगर आपका प्लाट निकले तो आप 30,000/ mtr में किसी दूसरे को दे देंगे जो सही में लेने वाला हो और हम आमने सामने मीटिंग करायेंगे हमें सिर्फ 1% दे देना, लेने वाले को आपकी वजह से 74000/ MTR का फायदा होगा किया आप उनके इस फायदे में सहभागी बनेगे
      नहीं कर पाएंगे बोलेंगे में तो अपने लिए ले रहा हूँ
      चलो 2 निकलते है आपके तो उसमे से एक इस रेट में दे सकते हैं
      महोदय, जो आप बोल रहे हैं वो कहना आसान है असल में रियल एस्टेट जो चलता है वो कभी नहीं चाहता किसी का नुक़सान हो
      और एक बात हम डीलर नहीं बल्कि आपके सपोर्टर हैं
      महोदय, जब तालाब में 10-12 कमल के फूल खिले हों हर कोई चाहेगा में लूँ
      लेकिन अगर उसी तालाब में लाखों फूल खिले हों तो सायद जरूरत पड़ने पर 1-2 दो बंदे फूल तोड़ेंगे , पता है क्यों क्योंकि उनको मालूम है फूल कहीं नहीं जाने वाले, सीधा सीधा बोलूँ लाखों फूलों की कोई क़ीमत नहीं है
      पर उन 10 फूलों की लाखों में क़ीमत है ।
      वैसे ही अगर अथॉरिटी प्लाट निकालती है तो अच्छा है सबके लिए पर इंसान कहाँ एक जगह टिकने वाला, जब उस प्लाट की कोई क़ीमत ही ना होगी तो वो वहाँ रहेगा क्यों
      और सच पूछो अगर आप फ़ार्म भर रहे है तो , इसलिए नहीं की आपको यमुना में लेना है बल्कि इसलिए क्योंकि रेट बहुत ज़्यादा हैं आपको फ़ायदा होगा । ये ही सच है
      तो गुमराह आप खुद- ख़ुद से हो रहे हैं
      पर आपका सबल काफ़ी अच्छा लगा, धन्यवाद 🙏
      और रेट कोई और नहीं ख़ुद बेचने वाला तय करता है चाहे वो कोई भी हो

    और किसानो का मुआवजा भी बाकी है
    किसान अपनी जमीन पर फसल ऊगा रहे हैं

      Ye hee to bat hai, documents ke Aadhar par Registration ho Jata hai, jab Tak ReRa Jagta hai tab Tak builder bhag jata hai
      Baise hee bank kaam karte hai lekin bank ko to Jameen se security bhi mil rahi hai aur bande ki job/business se surety bhi
      Builder besak aage dhoka de lekin bank ki instalment kabhi nahi rukti
      aur han Builder agar ek bar bank ki fraud list men aa jaye to fir bahut muskil hota hai aage project par Loan Milna - jaise Supertech

      @@PROPPLANT I agree but yahan par toh u said earlier plot schemes hi di nhi gayi h toh people can default so ab tak toh bank mana kar deta… Also want to correct one thing bank inspection mai lawyer fees bhi hoti h jo check karta h kabja or dispute etc.
