Not quite. Tertium Non Datur by Propagandhi is Repairing the Damaged Beard by Giant Sons ;p Propagandhi (whose (now former) guitarist was in Giant Sons) just took the music (buying the rights to it at a discounted rate I'm sure) and put lyrics to it essentially.
