Been looking forward to this video coming out, we met while you were filming, I was helping my daughter and fiancé move in to another Staunton on this development. I must say how impressed we are with the finish and as you say a great layout using the triangle between the two wings. Plenty to windows too, I’ve been hanging all the curtains and blinds🫢 Keep up the good work👏

Great house, and it’s even got a pantry and a coat cupboard! I would change the configuration of the kitchen door, so that it doesn’t open onto the fridge. Otherwise, it’s perfect. ❤
"I like smaller windows and I cannot lie" Would an owner be allowed to have the garden fencing made taller with bushes etc for better privacy? Always enjoy your videos and appreciate you making them more concise while still including everything and adding garden tours. An idea of the garage layouts and entrances would also be great, but I understand the developers use these in show homes. Photos of a typical one would be nice though.

We've noted your suggestions regarding the garages :) Yes, you would be able to make the fences taller up to 2m, sometimes you can add what's known as a 'trellis tops' to the top of fences to further extend them. Then you can plant climbing plants which can grown close to the fences for added screening :) - thanks for watching!

Definitely not used to this kind of layout and styling. Not a big fan but here in the US houses tend to be much larger so I can’t really compare.

Really imaginative design but I’d not opt for the interior glazed doors, too unsafe with young children running around.
